As per my email with Craig from the customer services of Welcome Loans UK, regarding the refund of the loan application fee on 24 May 2012 which was sent under the email account of jasonng.nny@gmail.com, an amount of £71.20 was taken out from my account dated 27 May 2012. Again, loan application for the name Melissa Wi was cancelled on 24 May 2012 since I did not want to finish the long application, I am not happy with the amount deducted from my account and thus hoping for a refund.

Craig has mentioned on 24 May 2012 that I will be getting my refund within 14 days since then but I still not receiving that refund till now. Hence, Andrew from the customer services of Welcome Loans UK has suggested me to write to you for the pursuance of the refund which I still have not receive after 14 days since 24 May 2012.

Hope to receive the refund by end of June or I will pursue this through charge back claim from my bank according to advice from trading company.
