well back in febraury it all started with my personal details and card details being stolen so i contacted the bank as a number of unathorised transactions appeared on my bank account that i never did or never heard of the company that it was sent to. Well i phone up natwest to open a fraud case on the transactions and the advisor said that a case has been set up and that i should hear back within around 48 hours. 48 hours later nothing and a few days later no new card and pin arrived so i phoned up again asking why havent i heard anything about the case that i setted up and the advisor was like there was no case set up.At this time more transactions had appeared on my account and i didnt get any help out of the advisor so i decided to write a number of letters of complaint to the bank and since then nothing so i then poped into branch and you guessed it no help at all . They werent even intrested in helpng me get my money back. two Months later the transactions totalled £625 all of which were unathorised and the bank werent willing to open a fraud case or help me get my money back . It is now June and still no hope in getting my money back so i have turned to the financial obudsman as i am not letting it go ntil my account is refunded with the £625.I am currently waiting to hear from them and have sent a complaint email to the main person at natwest only to get told i have to wait ands wait . I just want my money back and demand that it is done as soon as possible . I have been with natwest for over 4 years now and i dont really want to leave them but if it comes done to it them i will and so will a number of friends that bank with natwest.
