I found myself in a position to consider taking on a short term loan. I looked at a few websites and settled on loans express.net ------ I filled in their online form. When it reached the final step I noticed that it was asking for a £69.50 admin fee. I did not have that money so clicked the page off and did not go through with it. A few days later £69.50 was withdrawn via direct debit from my account by this company. I was appalled and distraught as I am on a limited income due to disability. The £69.50 was one weeks benefit payment. I want this money refunded as not only has it caused undue stress to myself but has also caused my direct debits to fall behind please can someone help
