I visited my loan one day and did not sign up for anything because did not want to take out any loan and get myself into a mess. They then took my details and have taken 69.99 out of my account which I have not consented to!!! I needed that money for council tax which I cannot pay today and will now have to attend court! I am furious and think this is ridiculous, and saying 30 days for a refund so everyone says on forums is not acceptable. I do not want to go court at all.
