I ordered a complete set of ER,seasons 1-15. However, there was an error in season 11, I received a cartoon in Chinese instead of disk 5. Season 12 has 2 episodes instead of 4 on each of the disks, so I've only got half the season. Season 13, 14, 15 do not play at all and I get a message from my machine saying they can't play back. My reference no. is 7493808FDOW73S3X7. I would like refund for the portion of the series I can't use, which is approximately $50.
A credit should be sent to the Visa Card on which I charged the purchase.
