This company advertise a free 1month trial for anti ageing products. They do not make it clear that they will automatically send you further products monthly and charge your bank account.
They make it extremely complicated to return the product and cancel the program. There extremely tight time frames for claiming and returning.
To claim they keep you on hold for extended periods.
When I did get through and tried to cancel the agent tried to persuade me to carry on with the trial even though I made it clear I wanted a return number.
