This is the second withdrawal that MY LOANS have made from my sons bank account,both times for £69.99 some how they have accessed my sons full bank details and home address And D.O.B. due to this Barclays say my son is responsible for the transaction.As before this amount was taken from my sons Disability Allowance causing an overdraft and charges and extreme distress and anxiety.The Bank suggested the Financial Ombudsman, how reliable are they ?
