I was in touch with companies about a possible loan. AKM being one off these such companies.During the telephone conversation the lady ask about my bank details stating there was a consolation fee off 79.00. I said I don't want to pay just for that conversation. She said that fee will be taken from my account ONLY when i get my loan!!! As I was logged on to my computer at the time she sent me an e-mail for me to electorally sign stating that I give my permission for them to withdraw 79.00 for my account.I never signed any such agreement and hung up on the lady in question.I am disgusted at there lack off professionalism.I felt harassed in the following days after my failure to sign such documentation as I was phoned constantly and on each occasion I hung up.
I wish the 79.00 pound to be transferred immediately pack into my account.
