Whilst searching for a payday loan this company with whom I had not entered any agreement captured my details and attempted to debit my account £69.70. I was alerted by their texts which said
my payment had been processed and I was now a member of their loan club. They have practised this scam on hundreds if not thousands of people. There are literally hundreds of posts on consumer forums about this bunch of crooks. I urge anyone affected to post here and lets all group together to get something done about this company who should have their license revoked and be subjected to a police investigation. They prey on the worst off and must be stopped. I am involving both the police and the OFT in my case
