i try to get a loan on the 6 june 2012 and when i was told about the premium service i told them i wasnt interested than to be lend some money but at the end of the day the loan application was declined but later on i noice a sum of £29.99 has being taken from my overdraft, i called the SGE LOAN to sort it out but they told me i will get a refund in few days but to my greatest surprise they took another £79.99 which now make everything £109.98 i have phoned on a numerous time but still have got any refund till today please help me on what to do as my bank is charging me everyday for overdraft fees
