On 2nd July, I reviewed my online balance only to find a company I have never heard of debit my account of £49.99. This has to do with providing loans but I never once agreed to this company taking funds from my account and it seems my bank details have been shared with loan providers. Not only is this a breach in Data Protection Act but it is theft. Please can you help me in recouping my losses and bringing this company into refute.
