ORDER REF000083334400 On 27/05/12 I ordered a Torino Vacuum cleaner on-line from bid tv and paid the amount of £20.98 inc. p+p. I received an email 29/05/12 informing me it had been despatched. When it had not arrived by 11/06/12 I emailed a query and received a reply saying it was being tracked under no. IN7531638. When it had still not been received by 21/06/12 I emailed a request to have my money refunded. This produced a further reply giving a tracking no IN7542934. On 27/06/12 I once again emailed and asked for a refund and got yet another tracking number IN7546726. As a last resort I emailed them via their feedback facility asking for a refund and not to send me any more tracking numbers. This generated an automated reply that an adviser would be in touch in 7 to 14 working days! As of now I still have not received any further communication or my goods or a refund, and since it was intended as a birthday gift and I have had to make other arrangements for an alternative, I have no need for it now and would just like to be refunded and chalk this up to experience.
