I there i paid for a pcv training course with company back in 2011 to train as i coach driver i did my own pcv theorys my self and my licence upadte all needed to do was the practical training and cpc but the company kept changing the goal post on training dates and they could not give me a conformed date when to start the course and i paid in full for the course over the phone i made many calls to them to try arrange training dates and never got them they had me hanging on for months on end as they could not give a date to start i never asked if they had booked any of my tests or my training i was told that they didnt have a bus to do the training in when i singed and returned a training form that they sent me by email and they said they had not got it so they asked me to fill out another form i kept all the copys the invoices and the training consent form that i received off them along with the card recipets i contact the card company and they were not willing to help get my money back from them i have run out ideas just wondering if anyone as any new ideas to try and get my money back.
