£68.99 was taken from my account this morning from myloans.co.uk without my permision, I did not confirm for this to happen but yet on my bank statements it says the transaction was authorised at 03.15 am ... I would really be thankfull if you could help me get a refund as I am on a limted income. Please help me :(
