Nigel Botterill of N5 sold Peel2Save business opportunity on the basis that it was "Very Very Very Part time" and that he had national brands signed up to the scheme when he had not and it was not part time at all. He did not sufficiently test the business before making claims of sales figures which were completely overestimated. He misrepresented the state of the brands on board and the ability to sell the Peel2sAve cards. He induced people to purchase the rights to an area on the basis that they would be easily able to run alongside another job or business when this clearly was not the case. Many people have lost a lot of money when the cards have not sold to the public, the promises of good causes and national brands that were "waiting for our call" was not true.
