I was approached by this company after putting my details on line enquiring about a loan, i was assured that money would not be taken from my account it was just to verify that i had a current account, after more phone calls i decided taht i did not want to use them and informed them of this. Checking my account on 5th July 12 i found that they had debited my account, i called them and was told that it is standard procedure to take the money for them to do a search for a lender. Needless to say i am not happy with this as i was lied to at the start.
