I registered as a Derma Science customer and have not received my goods. I have sent 9 e-mail communications to Derma Science support centre attempting to get some form of service.
The responses I have received are as follows:
7 x e-mails notifying me that it is my responsibility to track and find the goods. I STILL have not received any shipping details that I can use in South Africa to track the goods.
1x e-mail acknowledging my order cancellation
1x e-mail Refusing a refund for the goods charged but NEVER received.
Derma Science do not care if you receive your goods. You are charged and they will not refund you.
