I took out the Gold cover for inspection and repair and recently tried to contact the Company with reference to the promised service once a year. The company has closed its telephone lines and having accessed the Company on the Internet,I now understand that I have been ripped off by a Scam scumbag. Many people have been caught in the same trap and this Company must be stopped.
