ive tryed to cancel any products beeing sent as the order was m by a third party who used my details without authersation but i only get music playing when i call 08447451722 ther is no other point of contact i dont want the good sent and i dont want any monthly payments taken from my bank account i feel this is a totalscam just want it stopped

[24/07/2012] Dee: My experience is very similar to those already listed. However my £112.50 was taken despite me returning the product untouched and about two weeks after receiving an e-mail confirming the cancellation. I have just been to my bank who are refunding me the money with no quibble. I didn't even have to argue my case, I think Nutrascience must be one of those companies that the banks are aware of. They will also be monitoring my account so that no future payments can come out. If you have not had any money taken out yet, contact your bank. Don't feel embarrassed - that is what stops a lot of people from going to their bank. Oh, and don't think that because you haven't had anything taken out yet they won't. Act now!!
