I registered a PCV Training Course with this company called Highway LGV.ltd,and the cost is £1299.It came agreement that i will pay instalment every month so I started paying them £100 or £50.I paid £900 and it remain £399 rest to pay.Unfortunately,my mother died and i was away for 3 months,when i came back i am trying to contact them by phone,online,letters,no reply,no contact,so please help me to refund my money back.Thanks
