I enquired to a company for a small loan and was told when and IF i was sucessful getting one.a fee of £69.95 would be taken from my account! i have not been sucessful and have not had any help from this company in claiming my money back !!! i did not agree for this to be taken from my account and it as left me very short for the two weeks!!I was asking for financial help-not to throw money away!! please can you help me with this

[23/07/2012] Vytautas: Yeah, i think i ve been ripped off as well. I sent an email to their customer service, i m gonna wait a couple days for reply, otherwise police will be involved. By the way, few days ago i received a letter from them and in a very big shrift it says, and i quote "IMPORTANT REGARDING OUR £69.95 FEE - Please read this to avoid unnecessary action. Over the years some of our customers have contacted there bank to claim 'they do not recognise the transaction' or the transaction was 'fraudulent' etc. We will absolutely not tolerate this and will report you to the authorities. We will also blacklist you to the other finance companies in the UK"
To be honest, for me it sounds a bit suspicious !
I WANT MY MONEY BACK !
