welcome loans uk charged me 69.95 for a service they havent provided i have hasked for a refund but i just keep e mails saying they will sort it and then ask me to contact their legal compliance auditor at an address that looks very dodgy. Have e mail me twice today 18-07-12 and phoned them twice only to have the phone put down on me saying i cant help you e mail customer services. all i want is my 69.95 back

[19/07/2012] gemz: i also am in the same boat as many of you they did the same thing to me and scammed my account of 69.95 ive called them several times and its an automated service and the emails ive sent are not being replied back too although in the 1st instance they emailed me back which im sure was spam saying id have to write in for a refund and etc i did all of this and still had no reply back eventually "chris" customer service was looking into it he sent me email saying id have to write to their legal compliance team which i did and sent recorded delivery letter delivered no1 has signed how ironic, the emails they sent do not seem to be genuine ive sent so many emails to them and still havent had a response , i got so angry i reported them to the fsa and trading standards TS said they may have broken terms in there contract so id advise any1 to call the fsa and trading standards, the fsa said they have 8weeks to get back to get in touch and if i havent heard from them to contact the fsa so they look into this i explained to fsa that im not the only 1 out here with the problem as ive been researching and loads of people have been affected they said they cant comment on individual cases but they did say ANY1 AFFECTED BY THIS SHOULD CALL IN to stop this company getting away with this my advice to every1 is call the asap
