On the 17th of july 2012 there was a processing payment for 69.99 taken from my account without my consent or knowledge.I did not apply for this loan nor did i commit to paying any processing fee for any loans.I want this dealt with ASAP as this is the second time since this has happened to me.I am a single parent who cannot afford to be paying things like this especially when i never even applied for it.If this is not rectified ASAP i will seek legal advice and i will contact trading standards about this matter.
