At the begining of the month of July I acces a web page for a personal loan of 5000 pounds. To get the money they asked my credit card details, so I gave them. They charged me 49.99 pounds for nothing because the loaner asked me for garantor, which I don't have.
I cancel any text mess and I try to contact them, but there is no contact tel number.
I talk to my bank which file a dispute. Now I received a paper from the bank that I have to contact them because they can't help me.
I just sent them an e mail as well, but of corse there is no answer.
Can someone help me.
