We purchased a Vauxhall zafira from the car craft in Leeds.

within 6 months the gear box has broke, the air con has broke, diesel particle filter has broke and Sunday to cap it all the coolant system / head gasket broke according to the rac breakdown guy who towed us home.

The car was sent back to the auto centre for the 4th time and they have told me there is nothing wrong with the car....

After all these problems all not linked but some major areas of concern I am really fed up.


I HAVE told them and the finance company I don't want the car as they have broken there contract under the sale of goods act 1979.

Carcraft have told me no refund and finance company say they will take complaint further. I HAVE 2 young boys and really worried about what the next problem will. They are not interested and just make excuses.

This car is not satisfactory and not fit for purpose.

Can anyone help us get our money back so we can end this nightmare.
