was going through a rough patch with my ex bartner and were in the middle of breaking up. both our names were on the mortgage and deeds of our house. without my consent or even a signature he sold the house to this company on a rent back agreement. he absconded with the money. the company on the other hand then decided they would not adhere to whatever the agreement was they had with my ex (I never saw any paperwork in regards to any agreements)and the property was immediately put onto the market despite over inflated rent being paid.
They then decided they would evict me from the property. I was subjected to a barrage of abusive phone calls on a daily basis and threatening letters. I tried to explain that I had nowhere to go and they couldnt just throw myself out with my 3 young children (youngest being only 5 months old and disabled)to which they told me they didnt care if I lived in the street.
I was taken to court which didnt help me as since they bought the house from my ex I wasnt named on the case so didnt have a leg to stand on despite trying to explain that I never gave consent for the house to be sold.
I was evicted from the property and explained that I needed time to get all of my possessions out of the hoouse and into storage. I was told I would have a week max but next day found that they had gutted the house completely of all of my possessions and even had my car towed away.
This company are nothing but a bunch of liars and thieves and I would urge everybody to avoid them at all costs
