Recently we attempted to buy a house on the river at Richmond, to cut a very log story short Hampton forced us to make an offer before we could have a valuation one as they said ts not the way it is done and would not work with us untill we had made an offer that was what they said was the true value. we went ahead after they gave their word the valuation was acurate, the sellers accepted the offer only to find out it was £400,000 overvalued and had many fault including damp.... by which time e had spent over £5000 in fees etc.

Need I say more, untrustworthy is not the word!
