I bought the free trial of acai berry, being told i would pay only for P+P. I checked my bank account to find they had taken £74.01 which I certainly did not authorise. To make matters worse I rang my bank Barclays, to be told, not only could they not get my money back, but they could also not prevent them from taking further money from my account for 31 days, cancelling my card would have no effect. As this is my main bank account i am now left with only one choice but to cancel my account totally which is going to be a real hassle. I am now furious on 2 counts, firstly that this company just think they can steal money, & secondly that Barclays Bank, one of the largest banks in the world are not able to protect me from any further money being stolen for another 31 days. i am so angry
