Ordered Shure headphones on Nov 22nd, no acknowledgement, no response to multiple emails and use of online contact form. Wish I'd used credit card rather than debit card.

>> Headphones did eventually arrive but were in their carrycase in a jiffy bag, no external packaging, no documentation etc. Probably what I should have expected given that they were so cheap. Thanks for finally delivering, but I'd suggest responding to emails in the future.
