while carrying out a safety inspection connected wiuth a re mortgage, he pointed out some small items which I started to make good, but he hd toleave before i was finished, he promised to return on Monday morning anf if I had corrected the faults he woud pass the house.
He did not return, instead phgoned the mortgage company saying the house had failed its safety check.
I have not been able to contact him yet,
thanks to his lying I was refused a re moretgage until I get another safety inspection.

[20/12/2011] mr dale: Yeah totally agree, this guy is bad bad news! Dont let him anywhere near your house!!! Ripping people off right left and centre at every opportunity! Hes a liar through and through, causes all sorts of problems for people to sort out! His name is now mud in Irvine, I have on good source, loads of people chasing him for unpaid debts, BUT HE CANT HID FOREVER! Dont touch him!!!
