I recently bought the internet dongle deal. I asked the staff instore if I could get connection in the area I live in. They assured me I would have connection. I then bought the dongle and brought it home. I plugged it in my computer, set up the software, tried to connect to the internet and the program just read NO CONNECTION. I have tried everything, from settings to help.

Unfortunately I have not been able to go back to the shop as the refund for products is within three days of purchase. I am in boarding school so I am unable to visit the shop all the time.
