I ordered dazzle white online in late August, received & began using it for a few weeks. It slipped my mind to cancel but when I did, I was almost immediately refunded the recurring fee (approx $55). Fast forward to about 1 week ago and as I checked my account balance, I noticed a few international service fees as well as a $9.36 (2 separate charges; $7.01 & $2.35) charge from EZYKIT in the pending transactions section of my account. I googled the name and the 1st result was from ripoffreport.com. I picked up the phone & called the company and demanded that they cancel my subscription immediately and refund my money. I was given a cancellation confirmation # but the latter didn't happen because they have a no refund policy with the secondary subscription which you are forced into (it was supposedly included in the fine print with the dazzle white terms & conditions). Then, I attempted to open a dispute case with my bank only to be informed that because of ezykit's no refund policy, they can not reverse or refund the charges. I DID notice, however, that the $2.35 charge *mysteriously* dropped off of the pending charges section right after I cancelled the unapproved subscriptions last week. Now that my subscriptions have been cancelled, I WANT MY MONEY BACK and to be done with these crooked organizations ONCE & FOR ALL!!! If you're going to use dazzle white as a trial subscriber, PLEASE be sure to read the fine print so the same thing won't happen to you or any1 close to you.

If there was some confusion about your subscription, we honestly didn't mean to inconvenience you in any way. Our goal is not to inconvenience our customers’ .The terms and conditions of our offer are very visible on the order page, they are stated on the order page where you confirm your order, located directly to the top of where your credit card information was entered. There is also a link at the bottom of the home page that opens up the terms and conditions in a separate window.
