I am very similar to a lot of you insofar as I ordered dvd's (beauty and the beast and snow white). In addition to this my friend wanted Beauty and the Beast as well, so I ordered a second copy. the beauty and the beast dvd arrived and as like a lot of you was blatantly a fake. I have emailed them regarding the other 3 dvd's and have had the same excuses regarding the 25 day rule and the tracking number. however I have now had enough and asked for a complete refund have been chasing this up and received an email this morning, stating that paypal will send me an email when done. however, have cearly caught them out as I did not pay through paypal. I have returned an email to them telling them that i did not pay through paypal and therefore they now have 24 hours to refund to my card or I will issue court proceeings against them.
