I BOOKED THIS COMPANY TO COLLECT MY CLOTHES AND ALL MY BELONGINGS TO USE ON HOLIDAY IN ZIMBABWE , I ASKED THEIR METHOD OF PAYMENT AND THEY SAI CREDIT CARD I ASK OVER THE PHONE AND THEY SAID YES. THEY CHARGED ME £100 TO COLLECT GOODS FROM MY HOUSE 21 SUITCASES. I WAS DUE TO TRAVEL NEXT DAY TO ZIMBABWE ,,I GOT A CALL FORM THIS COMPANY GIVING ME THE TOTAL KGS AND THE COST AS I WAS CHECKING IN AT THE AIRPORT THEN I TOLD THE GUY THAT NO PROBLEM I WILL RING AND PAY WHEN I AM IN ZIMBABWE SO THAT MY CLOTHES WILL BE FORWARDED BY THEM. I RANG THEM WHEN I ARRIVED IN ZIMBABWE
TO MAKE A PAYMENT AND THE GUY SAID NO YOU CANT PAY WITH CARD OVER AND I SPEND THE HOLIDAY WITHOUT MY CLOTHES NOW THE COMPLAIN IS THAT 1. THEY CHARGED ME £230 ON THE INVOICE FOR PICKNG THE GOODS, AND MISLEADING ME WITH THEIR METHOD OF PAYMENT. NOW THEY SAID THEY ARE CHARGING ME STORAGE AT £115 PER WEEK AND THEY CALLED ME TODAY SAYING THEY WILL DISPOSE ALL MY GOODS ..I WOULD LIKE TO ASSIGN A COMPANY I ALWAYS USE TO COLLECT BUT I NEED TO BE COMPENSATED FOR I HAD A HORRIBLE HOLIDAY WITHOUT MY CLOTHES

[24/11/2009] Mark Thompson: Tudor International NEVER accept payments over the phone. Credit card payments MUST be made on a chip and pin machine with the customer entering their pin number.
As per our agreed terms and conditions including the copy that you signed state that we reserve the right to dispose of goods if the invoice charges have not been settled with 3 months.
