this is an on going claim, as i recently found out that from day 1 my modem(for my computer)is not upto speed.
after a number of phone calls to 3(approx 21 calls, information of this was supplied by 3)hate to think of how many hours this adds upto, as the charge is 25p per minute. 3 has attempted to repair the modem (repaired it twice and replaced it twice) they have still not resolved the problem.
i have suggested that the contract be cancelled, or an upgraded replacement modem to be supplied.(as the updated modem uses a different software, and are more efficient.)
i have been to the 3 shop to enquire and ask information regarding my problem, the shop manager also agreed with me that my modem is not functioning correctly as my down load speed is between 100/400. and should run around 1300/1500. he also commented that 300 is only a telephone line speed.
