Hello Everyone - It seems I to am a victim of Pathway HGV
I paid for the works at the end of september and altho I thought the person on the phone (John or Julian) was pushy I wanted to persue other avenues as work in the construction industry has really dried out.
I have, since I paid for the course in September had a medical, applied and received back my provisional license and attended both the Hazard Perception test and Theory Test (the tests themselves were organised by pathway with no probs). I passed the tests last tuesday (24/11/09) and this is where alarm bells started ringing because no one was answering any of the numbers I had.
Im totally gutted as this money was supposed to pay of part of a car loan but I thought keeping myself in work was more important. I will do everything possible to get my money back within the law

[07/02/2010] LAWTON BERRY : PATHWAY HAVE TOTALLY ,RIPPED ME OFF .I WAS MADE REDUNDANT FROM BRITISH AIRWAYS AT MANCHESTER AIRPORT IN NOVEMBER 2008.THIS WAS AN EXTREMELEY STRESSFULL TIME FOR MYSELF AND FAMILY.BUT PART OF MY REDUNDANCY PACKAGE INCLUDED A TRAINING ALLOWANCE FOR RE TRAINING SO THAT I COULD GAIN FURTHER EMPLOYMENT.IT WAS FOR THE SUM OF TWO THOUSAND POUNDS.I DECIDED TO PUT IT TOWARDS A HGV CLASS ONE DRIVING COURSE WITH PATHWAY HGV.TO CUT A LONG STORY SHORT I PAID A TOTAL OF TWO THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED POUNDS (£2700)UPFRONT FOR THIS COURSE.IT APPEARS AFTER NUMEROUS PHONE CALLS TO PATHWAY TO ARRANGE A COURSE DATE ,THAT THEY ARE NO LONGER TRADING.IF THIS IS THE CASE LIKE MANY OTHERS IN A SIMILAR POSITION,I WILL TAKE THIS TO THE HIGHEST COURT IN THE LAND .I WILL NOT REST UNTIL I RECEIVE A FULL REFUND FROM THIS CORRUPT, AND FRAUDULANT PATHETIC COMPANY.THIS HAS CAUSED ME ENORMOUS PERSONNEL STRESS,NOT TO MENTION WHAT HAS DONE TO MY FAMILY.IF I DON T HEAR FROM SOMEONE RESPONSIBLE SOON,I WILL BE TAKING THIS CASE TO TO THE HIGHEST AUTHORITY POSSIBLE UNTIL I EITHER TAKE THE COURSE I WAS PROMISED OR I GET A FULL REFUND.PLUS COMPENSATION FOR ALL THE STRESS CAUSED TO MYSELF AND MY FAMILY THANK YOU MR LAWTON BERRY 06/02/2010
