I bought a free trial of Acai Burn off an ad on Facebook.com and the free trial showed up on time from which i was only charged S/H i was charged for this on 11/10/09..


Now almost a month later there is a charge for $86.03 for something called SUP*MAXFORCE

Sup*maxforce debited my account today (8th Dec) I contacted my bank straight away and they have put a block on my account from this company taking anymore of my money. the bank gave me a telephone number for SUP*MAXFORCE of 8775947828, hope this helps someone maybe get their money back from this scummy company!

[15/12/2009] Rhys: I too have just had this money debited from my account; I do not have the type of money they have taken at this time of year. From what I can see on this thread, the terms and conditions of the company are not very clear, I have not yet tried the product and do not have any intention of buying anymore until I have tested the product. Customer service is a number one priority, wouldn’t it make sense to contact your customers before automatically taking money from there account? Severely disappointed, once again another reason NOT to trust online shopping.
