To whom it may concern

On the 9th November I ordered a product through a US website, which stated FREE sample. As it was from the US I already assumed there would be a postage and packaging fee. I look at my bank statement today and I see that they have now charged me an extra £150.82, and for what? I don’t know! I am really confused and very disappointed with what has happened and would like my money back as I am also going on holiday at the end of the week and that extra money helped.

This first came on my bill on the 6th November:

This came on my bank statement the first time.

I now have received a further bill:

04 Dec 119.02 USD @ 1.610

08 Dec 2009 - Debit Card Service Charge - 1.50
04 Dec 119.02 USD @ 1.610
Sup*Cleansecolon 208-8819978 US = 73.91

I am really angry and dissapointed at this,Please could I have my money back. Thank you for your time.

[21/12/2009] Anna : I've had the same problem, no name to contact them, if on your credit card put in writing to the credit card company that you no longer want the payments taken and they will stop them. Otherwise?????.....HELP.


[26/12/2009] jayne: i have just found out that this has happened to me, i have informed my bank, they took £75.00 out on the 11 dec 09 and the same again om the 22 dec 09, what do i do help please

[11/01/2010] Kevin: To all of you out there that have been SCREWED by these thiefs, contact your bank that holds your credit card. I was trying to go through Visa, but they weren't too helpful. Tell all of your family and friends about this.

[04/02/2010] B smith: Yes, I have been scammed also. Order a free trial only, shipping charges & duty charges of $26.00. I did receive 2 bottles?then rec'd a charge of $126.00 from Health Focus +31207947958 IRL on my credit card for december & january. Contacted credit card co. they said I had to contact source. Can't seem to call the right #. So I've decided to cancel my credit card.
This is such a scam & I will never order anything on line until I check the BBB.
