salesmen tells me for just $1 I can try their product. As we are wrapping everything up he tells me of another product for $1.95. I tell him I am not interested in anything else, I do not want to purchase anything but the $1 sample. He assures me I will not be charge anything but the $1, the other will come as a opportunity in my packet.
I check my packet there is no information about the company, nor how to contact them to continue receiving the tooth whitener or discontinue. This he told me would also be included. There was also nothing in there about the $1.95 product he mentioned.
Checking my bank statement I found a debit for the $1.95. The company did reverse the charge.
On December 03 and December 11 this companied charged me 86.93. This is for a product I had no opportunity to refuse.
