I was on the internet and saw an ad for brighter teeth. I looked into it and saw that it was only $2.95 and that was shipping and handling. The only thing is, you have to order 2 different products, other one being (PremiumWhite). With this one and Smilebright, which also cost $1.95, Shipping and handling only, together will brighten your teeth. I ordered the PremiumWhite and then went to order the smilebright but saw in small writing, if you didn't cancel within 2 weeks, they would charge you $86.93 every month. I did not order the smilebright and got the phone number for PremiumWhite and called them the same day I ordered it. This happened on Nov. 09-2009. They said that I COULD NOT cancel untill I got the order of the free sample and sent it back. They also said that the two week trial started the same day they shipped it. I did not receive the order until Nov. 28th. I sent it back on Nov. 30th. I did not order the Smilebright. It had the same deal except it was only $79.00 a month. I sent the PremiumWhite back with Delivery Confirmation Receipt and their Order ID#. Today, Dec 14th, I received my Chase bill and Smilebright had charged me $86.93. I never even received their sample and never ordered it. I also found out that it is the same customer service phone number for both companys. I tried to call the c/s # and they put me on hold from 7:00pm till 7:30pm MST.
I am contacting the BBB/Distric Att's office/and have already contacted the credit card company and they are sending me paper work to file a complaint and the company will not be able to charge me again. BE Careful when ording things off the net. Their not always what they say thay are.
