I signed up for a trail that had no mention of being automatically enrolled in a monthly subscription. When I received the trial product it contained a letter that stated that I was enrolled in the program. I immediately called customer service to cancel and got two different cancellation numbers and a return address. Unfortunately, I shipped the product without tracking. After seeing a second charge, I called them again and they said that my account has not been cancelled. This time I got a cancellation number, an order number, and a return address in Aurora, CO, followed up by an email. Note the email is from PremiumWhite and the charge is from SUP*SMILEBRIGHT 877-5947850 OH.
