I was shopping today when all of a sudden my card was declined ,I called to find out my bank info and had a rude awakening that this company had charge me for $43.12. I am was so upset I was in the middle of buying christmas presents for my daughter and had to leave everything there because they stole my money. I got home and called the number on my bank statment, the first time they said they couldn't even find any account for my name and zip they actually wanted me to give the last 8 numbers from my card that they charge it to, I told them no and asked to talk to a supervisor or a manager they told me there wasn't anyone avaiable then they hung up on me. The 2nd and 3rd time was the same thing, if they can't find my account why are they charging me money??? I really need this money back and will try just about anything I only have 8 days until christmas and I am not giving up until I get my 4 year old daughter her presents. Advice from anyone is greatly appreciated Thank you
