i applied for a loan as i was moving into a new house with my boyfriend and child and we wanted to do the home out the way we wanted it. i applied for a loan for £7000. TLG loans contacted me and said that they could help me. they took my card details as they said that they needed to identify my credit history and what bank i was with and how long id been with them. they guy tols me there would be a fee of £49.99 but that wouldnt be taking until the loan was definate. however i got paid the next day and noticed that £150 had been taking from my account from themselfs so i called (waited on the line for over 90mins) to ask what was going on. the guy said he took it because the loan has been approved. he said he'd send me out infomation to sign and send back witch i did in april. its now july and still no loan! cant get in touch as they no longer exsist!! i want my money back and a gesture of good will for the inconvinience. i think is rude and very discusting!! poor customer service.
