I thought I was being offered a free trial of this product, only being required to pay postage and packing. On the 10th of October a charge of £4.19 went through my bank account. Two weeks later I received a small container of 60 capsules. On the 28th October my account was debited £75.01. At no time did I agree to pay this outrageous amount of money. I believed - as I was meant to believe - that I was getting a FREE trial. I have not yet been able to find a phone number for the company in order to cancel my order to ensure that I do not get another £75 taken out of my account and to speak to somebody so that I can arrange to send back that part of the product that was clearly not free.

Company indicated purchase of a product as a trial offer and has since charged my credit card twice for 69.00 GBP without my authorization or permission. They have not shipped me any product to account for these charges.

Hi, I was surfing the internet when I came upon the acaiberry  product information...thought it would be a great idea but now that i've ordered i was looking for a number to call for more information but the one they give doesn't even exist. When I ordered I also forgot to add my apartment number so...Now when I looked at where you call I found out that you can't even get a hold of anyone. I Looked a lil more into it when I started to find a lot of people were complaining about the fact that they keep getting charged for this product and cant call to cancel.  A lil concerned as to what happens if and when I wanna cancel, I dont know what the number is, was hoping someone could help.

i ordered the free trail of acia detox,  now i want to cancel all further shippments. i tryed to cal but the number is way off. when i rang this number 48222120179 i endedup with a telefone company in sweden and there is no E-mail adres to be found.  

Ordered Free Trial on October 22nd for AcaiBerry and Life Cleanse got charged for shipping on both at $11.63 NZD each didn't know that I can only cancel after 15 days, always thoughts that can cancel after 30 days for these kind of things but yesterday I checked my accouts and saw payments  bendinf for Health Focus at $68.90NZD and also for Global Wellbeing for another $68.90 NZD . I didn't authorised these payments and would like the people to be stopped. I don't want these and would love to cancel if only there's a number or address to return the bottled I have.

Free sample for p & p only? No. A rip off from beginning to end. Huge payments taken from my account so I have cancelled the card they are using. At least that was they can't take any more I have added their full address. I wrote to them and cancelled the order within the first seven days. No acknowledgement and still took more funds. Do not buy from this site, they won't even give an address to return goods to them. It is a 100% rip off. And an expensive mistake.  Full address is 2 Princess Avenue, Blackhill, Consett, DH8 0LG.

I ordered a free trial of acai berry and colon cleanse paying the postage with my partners card of £4.11 each one within a month £73.83 was taken from the account without warning i tried contacting the company eventually i found the uk number rang them and asked them to cancel which they did do as far as a refund i had no hope, when i mentioned the word scam they shouted at me and told me if you didnt read terms and conditions its your fault and i am not talking to you and they put the phone down. i done an internet search and found i am not the only one that has been caught out on this scam
