Unless you don't mind waiting months to be booked in, and having a creepy, unprofessional man perfom the procedure I suggest you stay away from this place. This man claims to be a dcotor but 2 minutes after talking to him will assure you he is nothing even close. He doesn't use a pattern when operating the laser, missing many spots and sizzling others. No cream, no hand washing, no gloves...no follow up advice...
in his office the procedure lasts up to 15mins.. when a normal procedure lasts up to 2 hrs.
before I made the purchase I called him to make sure he has a female esthetician available which he lied about and said he did.

I want my $99 refunded. this place is a dump and the websites promoting his business all delete bad reviews... believe me there were many.. and now none... whatta scam!!

i had breast surgery in march this yr and the results were awful and so not expected,after a lot of emails and me being on the phone with them all very distressed they agreed to redo the surgery as i wanted in the 1st place.


i was left to go hungry and dehydrate while in the clinic itself,i had no bathroom and was basically isolated in a room with broken lights and fleas-yes i had lots of bites and they were def not the resident midgies(sp).also during the operation,my underwear was removed and ive not seen it since.so who knows what they did while i was asleep.


i have photos of my wounds and the room i had and medications ive had,also professional opinions of others as to what has happened.


on return to the uk,my wound burst open due to infection and ive been on the highest antibiotics avail as well as pain meds and sleeping aids,ive been completely house/bed bound,can only go out in a taxi-not walk or bus,i cant go shopping or do anything that involves lifting heavier than a coffee cup.the infection spread to my system,resulting in vommitting,flu like symptoms,high temp,lots of pus and blood resulting in me being admitted to hospital via ambulance and now under the care of my nurse and a specialist breast surgeon,who i hope will do thier very best to help me recover.


ive been so stressed and depressed,i cant sleep,always weepy and feel like ive been mutilated while they have pleasure.


they dont reply to emails and if you call them they just fob you off to get you off the phone,im still waiting on replies from wks ago.


at the moment to date,im out of pocket very close to the £4000 mark and costs are still rising,as if i need to go any where i have to use a taxi.


here are a few things from my list of issues while there


no bathroom-just toilet and sink-was told single occupancy rooms dont have full bathroom-not true as i used single room shower


broken lights above beds


broken lights above door


no fridge


1 clean towel has to last the entire stay at clinic


bedding was changed morning after surgery-and thats it for entire stay


no toilet paper readily avail


all food has lemon slices/juice on it-when told every meal/every day,im allergic


when food taken away due to lemon-its not replaced,you go without


have rash on both legs and left arm


have bites on both legs,arms,face,hands-similar to flea bites-not mossy bites(as have those too)


not allowed to come out of your room,incase you meet other english people


certain staff nice till they get your money-then turn arrogant


website says staff are bi-lingual.....a very few are and only when suits them


you have to ask them to wash thier hands before they tend to your wounds


i had to wash my hair in little sink-directly under the tap in toilet

BEWARE OF IAN TAGGART BMI ROSS HALL HE CAN NOT POSSIBLY BE A SURGEON!

If this saves 1 person from going through a rhinoplasty procedure with Mr Ian Taggart from BMI Ross Hall then it is well worth it.

I went through a simple rhinoplasty about 9 months ago to slightly shave down my nose bridge and reduce my nose tip as it is a bit droopy, well, im not kidding or exagerating when I say this man, Ian Taggart can not possibly be a good plastic surgeon. The day I had my cast took off my jaw hit the floor, my nose is WORSE than what it was. Not only has he done nothing to reduce the droopiness of the tip, it is a lot more bulbous and he has took to much cartilage out the bridge of my nose AND there is also a very noticable bump above this!!! This man can not be serious. My nose was not really that bad, I thought I would just improve it a bit but this comedian has made it like a rollercoaster!

This isn't just my opinion by the way, I have now had to see ANOTHER plastic surgeon about getting a revision and he agrees it is a very very poor rhinoplasty!!

Harley medical group lying to Irish women about PIP implants »28/12/201128/12/20111
In 2009 I had breast augmentation done in the Harley medical group Dublin Ireland.
I rang Harley Medical group today to find out if they used the PIP implants on me.
The woman who I was speaking to said that I definitely did not have the PIP implants because I had my surgery in 2009.
She told me I had the Allergan implants used.
She did not ask for my name or details. She was able to tell this by the year.
I told her how concerned I was last night thinking I had the PIP implants and she said she could understnad my concern and she appreciates thta but I definitely
didnt have those implants.I asked her when The Harley Medical Group stopped using the PIP implants and she said 2006/2007.
So of course I was delighted with the news. I then proceeded to google the Allergan implants and realised that the Harley Medical Group had chamged their website around a little. Where the word implant was used it was followed by (Allergan).
I decided to look up more reports about PIP implants and seen that all reports stated that PIP implants were taken off the market in 2010!
I rang the Harley Medical group once again. This time I was talking to a different woman.
I stated that I wanted copy of paper work with proof that I had Allergan implants used. She told me they wouldnt have those documents there and told me to email my questions to a Harley Medical group website.
She kept refering to my PIP implants. I told her that the woman I was speaking to before siad that Harley Medical Group had stopped using the PIP implants and that I definitely didnt have them. But this lady stated uderwise.. She said no, that they had stopped using them in 2010.
She then went on to tell me that there was nothing wrong with PIP implants. The theres no link with cancer and a very small rate of ruptures.
She said they wont leak all over my body, its like cutting a wine gum jelly.
I told her that even so, this is the cheapest form of implant. Its used with industrial silicone NOT medical silicone. The silicone in these implants are intended for the use of matresses and computers. I dont want something like that inside my body. I paid 6110 to get them done. I thought I was getting the best of the best. But in actual fact these implants are only worth a few hundred.
The woman I was speaking to told me that the French are over reacting about it. She siad the French are taking all the implants out but they were not doing that in Ireland. She said they would only take them out if I was experiencing swelling, burning sensations, rashes or lumps.
I am so outraged about this whole situation. I was lied to by the Harley medical group. I was told they were stop being used in 2006/2007 and that I DEFINITELY did not have the PIP implants. Imagine how many other Irish woman are being lied to today, tomorrow.....
If I hadnt have rang them for a second time demanding proof of my implants then I would have went on thinking I was fine.
I need to get my story out there so that other women are not falling for the lies of Harley Medical Group!
Im struggling to pay back the loan I got to pay for my breast augmentation. How am I expected to pay for a scan and a removal? They knew these implants were cheap. If I had known I was getting cheap industrial grade silicone implants I would not have gone through with the procedure.
I have spent the last few nights crying my eye's out worrying about how I am going to pay to get these implants out. I just cant believe they could have put theses inside of me.

I had a breast implant on Feb 2010 from Harley Medical Group in Belfast.
Now there’s a problem with the PIP implants, and HMG are refusing to replace all the implants, only replacing the ruptured implants.

Does the government know there’s a problem with the PIP implants!!!
WHY all NHS victims are getting help to remove ALL NHS patients???

We should all stand up for our selves for our RIGHTS, if we don’t stand up for ourselves no one will HELP US!

I hope all the victims with PIP implant should stand up and form a group and protest against HMG. Also let the Press know our Rights.

Went to Lisa's home "clinic" on 29/08/13;
Absolutely appalling service; no health concent forms, used old ones, used same mouthpiece, did not welcome us in, did not check allergies, left the room during the procedure, did no explain procedure.
Complained; Corinna Sellers, owner of the busiess, admitted they were wrong provided Lisa with verbal warning, asked if I would do a mystery shop in widnes.
Went to do mystery shop; lady burnt my lip, left the room, did not shade my teeth previously, I arrived 20 mins late due to location of place, was told I could only have half the treatment, they had been told friend paid, so the lady said "oh well your friend paid", and would not have refunded half
Complained again to Corinna Sellers to be called a dick, told I am rude and unprofessional. Told Corinna Sellers to pay me £25 for mystery shop, £20 for petrol and a refund on the first treatment which my friend had too, so £60.
Corinna Sellers refused. Told me she was going to tell the Lisa that it was me who complained and to wait for a phone call and watch what happens. Told Corinna Sellers if any of my information was released I would be contacting the police for harassment as she had been warned not to contact me also under data protection! Lisa, who i had complained about rang me, even though she had been told not to, shouting down the phone! Told her I would be reporting her for harassment and data protection.
Very poor service, very poorly undertaken, made me very uncomfortable, burnt my lip with laser lamp, didn't know what they were on about; when asked what in the gel made the teeth whiten, was told "don't know, some big word I can't remember but not bleach", I feel as a cosmetic procedure a LOT more care should be taken, staff should be correctly trained and tested as it is a cosmetic procedure!

I went to see harley group re treatment for sun damage to my face.


Nobody at all told me the treatment may not work.  The nurse who did the treatments said it could be because of my age (69years) and the fact that I have fine skin- both of which facts they knew when they signed me up.  They stopped the treatments after No 3 out of 5 .  The condition is now slightly worse but definitely no better.


They have refunded me £400 out of £1450 for the course - this does not even cover the two treatments I did not have.  They say that both outcomes and benefits were explained to me in advance - absolutely not true.

Package included microdermabrasio x 6 whichI had only 1 because they decided my skin was not suitable; also 3 treatments of filler which the nurse took it upon herself to use 2 in one go without my knowledge and then had the audacity to say she was struggling to use it al up!; skin peels that I had only 3 out of 6  but made no difference at all and worst of all was the laughable 'non-invasive, no down time' IPL laser treatment which left me badly burned with 6 blisters and bleeding cheeks which took 7 weeks to heal.  This left me in a huge amount of pain, and scared to continue.  Harley have refused responsibility and any refund which means not only do I have no improvements to my skin whatsoever but I have scarring andam £2250 out of pocket.  They also refuse to give me a copy of my contract and want to charge me £50 for my notes. They have offered a goodwill payment of £750!!  The nurse who did the IPL had previously said that because of my sensitive skin I was free to stop treatment and get a refund .... and worst of all was the meeting we had to discuss the damage caused and I was subjected to such a condescending attitude which made me feel really bullied.  The nurse even admitted the IPL brochure was misleading and Harley Medical are going to change them because it is painful and there is a lot of down time!

I went to the Harley Medical Group Clinic Birmingham for a free consultation last year September 2008, I went because I suffer with oily skin. I only used to get the odd one or two spots at the very most. The nurse said to me the best treatment for my skin would be the agera skin peels and the medical microdermabrasion and for best results I would need a course of 6. I decided to go for the skin peels as she said that would be the best one for oily skin. Almost a year later my skin is now covered in spots, I MEAN COVERED! Where as before I only had one or two spots and my skin is still as oily if not more. What  makes it even worse is that I have since been told by three other medical professionals is that I didn't need the skin peels because my skin was no where near bad enough and also I was far too young to have them done as I am only 22 and I was only 21 when I had them done. I have since tried to get in contact with the hmg on more than one occasion to see if they can help my skin get back to the way it was and because they are having no more money off me they simply don't want to know. I have had no reply. So almost a thousand pounds later of my money all I have got to show for it is acne or very bad breakouts. I am ashamed to leave the house because my skin has got that bad. They really shouldn't be giving people these treatments if they are making peoples skin worse. To be honest I just want to name and shame them, money back will help , but if im being 100% honest I just wish I could turn back time and never have had it done.

My daughter booked and paid in full (£500) for laser hair removal. When she arrived 5 mins early for her appointment in the Harley street clinic she was kept waiting about 15 mins. When she was called in she was told that the time slot for her treatment was not long enough for the treatment she had paid for, she was asked to go back on the following day. She was also told that she had been overcharged and that a refund would be sorted out. We live 53 miles from the clinic so that was 106 miles round trip. The next day she travelled back to the clinic and had her treatment but the machine kept cutting out and there was no mention of a refund. A few weeks later my daughter realised that there were patches in the success of the hair removal, probably due to the machine cutting out. I have phoned the clinic several times to ask for some sort of compensation for my daughter as these treatments are not cheap, even a complementary treatment as a gesture would be acceptable but they never phone back, they take details and say they will phone back but never do. I feel so annoyed that there doesn't seem to be a contact number for customer services to make a complaint. The mistake was there's with the appointment so why should my daughter pay for the mistake. Not to mention the treatment not being successful.

I booked a treatment of laser hair removal specifically prior to an event i was attending. I had a test patch earlier which seemed ok so i thought i would go ahead for the appointment.
I called in just before leaving for the appointment to ask how long it would last. They then told me that they had cancelled my appointment - i had not been informed of this at all!!! The person working at HMG told me I would recieve a full refund because they had cancelled my appointment through no fault of my own.

I then recieve a call from another person asking me if i can come in another day (tomorrow or day after etc etc) - all of the times I could not make!!! She then said that I will not be recieving a refund anymore and that the person who said I would didn't have the authority to do so.

Overall, Harley medical group is a con company that oerate unprofessionally! Different people say different things over the phone and they will do anything they can to not give any money back!! I'm just glad i didnt book the whole package and booked only 1 session otherwise the loss wouldav been a lot more.

Just would like everyone to know of my experience at the Harley Medical Group in London.
I went along for lip filler, my appt was for 11am the nurse turned up 11.20am.
Should of guessed my treatment would not turn out well just by the nurse's condescending attitude. She applied anaesthetic cream then dissapeared for 35 min. When i asked her a few questions about the proceedure she seemed annoyed and just wanted to get on with it.

Anyway, one side of my lip turned out fuller than the other, when i mentioned this she started squeezing my lip (which was extremely painful) to spread the filler. She then laughed and said, 'oh, now it's worse' I was sent on my way and told to keep manipulating the area and that it would be ok in a day or two. I felt uneasy about this as i'm not a trained nurse, but tried anyway, but far to painful.
I returned to Harley Medical for a review and was seen by the same haughty nurse who then proceeded to squeeze the lip very hard so that the filler started to ooze out. It seemed to look better, and was told again in would look better in a day or two when the swelling and bruising had gone.. ..
Well! it's a week later, my lips are still uneven only thinner as she presumably squeezed most of the filler out.
I am in the process of making an official complaint but i cannot find a link on there site for customer services only a contact for equiries about their medical proceedures. I guess they don't accept complaints!
Needless to say i will not be returning to the Harley Medical Group. I will put in a complaint even if they ignore me, as others have mentioned.

I recently went for a free consultation in Liverpool and afer explaining that I was looking for something non surgical to get rid of the sun damage and pigmentation in my face - The Obagi Nu Derm system was recommended for me. They carried out a skin analysis and said that I would see the specialist who would have regular contact with me to check that the system was working correctly. Originally I was told I would have to go to Manchester to see the specialist and after travelling up there, they had cancelled and re arranged for Liverpool. I was rather miffed about this but decided to stick with them regardless - I now wish I hadn't bothered. More so because I feel like a Mug. As soon as I had paid for the system and got it home, the pack was short of one item which happened to be the one which relieved the discomfort in the initial stages of the regime. I called them up thinking this was a mistake but no body would help me out until they got one of the nurses to give me a "call back" 3 days later!! (so much for regular contact). When I did eventually speak to her she just fobbed me off with some rubbish excuse that the missing item was not paramount to the success of the regime, and it would still work for my skin type without it. Feck the fact that I'd paid for it. So anyhow, I had to put up with the burning/stretching sensation for a good 4 weeks. After that it calmed down and I started to peel (which I'd expected). All in all I was pleased with the results I was seeing. This is not the issue I have.
Half way through the course, I had somehow managed to lose the Blender so thinking they would be able to replace it and considering they had not put the other item in which I had still paid for, I figured they may waive part of the fee for me. BIG MISTAKE! They wanted £94 to send me a replacement. Fair enough, my mistake for losing it but under the circumstances - I was not prepared to pay that much. By this time, they had totally changed their tune of " we can do anything for you, whatever makes you happy, we will always put our patients first " and it was now a blunt, rude response to all of my questions. They no longer had the time of day for me, and even cancelled my follow up appointment to advise me of the after care plan. The thing which makes this even worse is I recently had a nose on ebay and found the whole system including the Tret (normally prescribed by a physician)for a mere $160. The whole lot. So basically a have paid over 450 percent more than I should have. Lesson learned - research what you are getting yourself into. These places a just glorified sales people who have one agenda.....to make money.

OUTCOME.... In the end, I bought the blender online (checked it was legitimate etc. checked the ingredients and the feedback from other customes)and paid £24....as opposed to £94 which the other robbing f%*k!rs tried to charge me,
I take responsibility as it was my choice to go with them before doing my research. I just want to stop others from making the same mistake.

Hi all...

Although my loss is not as huge as many of others, it was very disappointing and annoying with the service provided by Harley Medical in cardiff. I booked a appointment with them for a Skin peel, in december and they collected a booking fee of £50.

For some reasons, the doctor could not not keep up the appointment and they postponed to a date in January. And again a day before the appointment date, they called up and said doctor not available. And I no more live in Cardiff, so even if the reschedule I need to pay some for the travel and more time in travel. So I asked for a refund for them not able to keep up to their appointments and they wouldn't refund them.

On seeing others experiences, I now feel its good that I didn't receive the treatment from them and spoil my current skin, but its still annoying to lose my money for the mistake of Harley Medical Group

I went to the Harley medical group in London.
I had 4 sessions of a new treatment called fractional lazer surgery to treat scars on my arm and stretchmarks on the backs of my legs. When sold the treatment I was told to expect a 30-70 percent improvement, with 4 session providing optimum results.

So after 4 uncomfortable treatments, my scars look no different at all. In fact, the ones on my arms look even worse where the lazer has left marks.

When voiceing my concerns at two follow up sessions at the clinic, I was simply told, it doesn't work for everyone and was even offered more treatments at a reduced rate! I've already wasted over a thousand pound, why on earth would I want to waste any more money? When I mentioned getting a refund, a blunt 'no' was there response.

Scarring after laser treatment for broken capillaries »11/03/201109/06/20110
I went to the clinic to receive treatment for broken capillaries on my face. I was told by the nurse that the laser couldn't break the skin and that I would only be a little red. I was left with bruising and blisters that eventually turned into a scar. The scar is also in an area that should never have been treated with the laser as I had nothing to treat in that specific area. The laser was far too hot and hardly bearable, which I told the nurse, but she chose to ignore me.

I sent the clinic two letters asking for a refund and they flatly refused both times, saying it was only a small blemish - I'd like to see them deal with scarring that they've paid for! The nurse who treated me has also vanished, apparently she doesn't work for them anymore, which is very convenient... I have been treated poorly. I can't believe I agreed to pay £150 to get scarred and treated like a needy fussy client. My broken capillaries are also left unchanged, the treatment didn't do anything to them.

I had to call about 5 times for the manager to finally agree to speak to me. It's just plain incompetence!

Never an excuse for lying, Georgina »04/06/1111/06/20110
Shortly after my wife had left to work at her hairdressing salon, I received a telephone call from a lady called "Georgina" asking for her. I replied that my wife was not home, but at her shop, then asked who was calling. "I'm just a friend of hers", came the reply. I phoned my wife to inform her, but she didn't recognise a friend with the name, Georgina. Later, I traced the call and found it had come from the Southampton office of the Harley Medical Group.



The following day, my wife dressed up in a linen suit and left by train to London. I then put two and two together and realised she was wasting huge sums of cash on breast augmentation, something she certainly did not need.



The dishonesty of Georgina from the Harley Medical Group is only made worse by the fact that, all the weekend I was at home, unable to contact my wife and now have a marriage break-up on my hands. To keep client (they prefer to call it patient) confidentiality, all Georgina had to say was, that this was a personal matter and I would have happily given her a number to contact my wife. But, using confidentiality as an excuse to lie, is not the way I would expect a professional to act.



Their Chief Executive has finally apologised by phone on behalf of Georgina (who he claims is an honest girl - - really!) but she has no desire to apologise to me personally and put the matter to rest, it seems.



As a consumer journalist and editor of a number of videonews and TV websites, I have set about researching this outfit and have found dissatisfied clients (sorry, patients) on this and other sites, noteably.

To Georgina, I would suggest you never lie, especially to a broadcast journalist. This one intends to expose you and the cash barons who employ you, for what you are. (Other employees at the Southampton Branch of Harley Medical Group may wish to take note.)
