I had paid for via this website www.chicunique.co.uk on 31/03/10. The item was Black Jersey Cardigan with Lace Neckline, size: 8, Black. I received an electronic receipt confirming my item would be sent and this should have come within 2-3 days but I have not yet received this. I have sent 3 e-mails to the company requesting further information i.e. whether there is a tracking number for the item for me to check the delivery status on or whether there was a delay with the order but I have not received any response and even though this is not a lot of money I would just like the item delivered asap or my money back as this was taken from my account!!

This company should not be trusted at all, it is run from a private address and you will not get your goods. I saw this company advertised in More magazine and it is still being advertised in it this week. I placed my order on 3rd July and recieved a confirmation email, no goods have arrived to this day. The company will not answer any emails or telephone calls. I have placed a complaint with Paypal and the comapany has not responded to them either. Be aware!!!!!!!

I ordered 6 items from the website on the 10th of september. I have still not received these items, and the money has been taken from my account. I have tried to contact the company by telephone and email, and have not received any explanation or answer. I would like my money back or alternatively the items I bought.
