NOW ITS ABOUT TIME I GOT SOME ANSWERS CONCERNING THE WHEREABOUTS OF MY PARCEL TO WHICH WAS ADDRESSED TO GO TO ASDA RETURNS DEPOT IN ORDER FOR A REFUND TO BE PROCESSED FOR THE AMOUNT OF £74.99.


 TROUBLE STARTED WHEN WWW.BUYSPARES.CO.UK HAD SENT PRE PAID LABELS OUT IN ORDER TO RETURN A FAULTY ORDER TO WHICH WAS THEN BACK UPON RECEIPT OF THE LABELS BUT UNKNOWN TO US WAS THAT BUYSPARES HAD ALSO ARRANGED FOR A COURIER TO COLLECT THE SAME ITEM.


ANYWAY THE ONLY COLLECTION WE WAS EXPECTING WAS FOR THAT ARRANGED BY ASDA & SO WHEN A COURIER COMPANY CALLED DPD CALLED TO COLLECT A PARCEL ON 29 / 12 / 2011 THE DRIVER WAS ASKED IF IT WAS FOR ASDA BUT HE DIDNT KNOW.


ANYWAY THE DPD COURIER DRIVER TOOK THE PARCEL ADDRESSED TO ASDA RETURNS & GAVE US A RECEIPT ACCORDINGLY. THE RECEIPT STATES THAT THE PARCEL WAS BEING COLLECTED UNDER ACCOUNT NUMBER 305144 , GOING TO CONNECT DISTRIBUTION BIRMINGHAM & UNDER CONSIGNMENT NUMBER :034 324710 OR PARCEL NUMBER 1550 5808 830 516X


OBVIOUSLY WE EXPECTED OUR PARCEL TO BE RETURNED TO THE ADDRESS DETAILS SPECIFIED ON OUR PARCEL TO WHICH WAS ASDA BUT AROUND A WEEK LATER. ANOTHER COURIER ARRIVED ASKING FOR A RETURNS PARCEL FOR ASDA & IT WAS FROM HERE THAT WE KNEW THAT THERE WAS OBVIOUSLY A PROBLEM.


UPON DISCOVERING THIS, I CHECKED ON THE DPD COURIERS WEBSITE & TRACKED THE PARCEL TO WHICH CONFIRMED THE FOLLOWING:

THEREFORE & AS YOU CAN SEE, THIS EMAIL WAS DATED 10/01/2012 , ITS NOW THE 18TH & THERE HAS BEEN NO NEWS ON MY PARCEL & PROPERTY TO WHICH IS ALARMING . SURELY IT CANNOT BE THAT HARD TO FIND A PARCEL THAT HAS BEEN ACCEPTED & SIGNED FOR & SUBSEQUENTLY FOUND TO HAVE NOTHING TO DO WITH BUYSPARES WHATSOEVER.


THIS WHOLE SCENARIO HAS BEEN A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE . NOT ONLY WILL I BE NAMING & SHAMING DPD COURIERS SEPERATELY FOR RE ADDRESSING OUR PARCEL WITHOUT OUR KNOWLEDGE OR CONSENT BUT BUYSPARES SHOULD HAVE ALSO ACTED & RETURNED THE PARCEL BACK TO US RATHER THAN KEEP IT.


AS A RESULT OF THE ABOVE & IF OUR PARCEL & PROPERTY IS NOT RETURNED THEN WWW.BUYSPARES.CO.UK OWES ME THE SUM OF £74.99 FOR THE PARCEL TO WHICH WAS SIGNED FOR AT THEIR WAREHOUSE. THIS IS THE AMOUNT TO WHICH WOULD BE REFUNDED BY ASDA FOR THE NIKON COOLPIX CAMERA.


 FULL DETAILS OF THIS MATTER WILL BE FORWARDED BY THE "CANYOUTRUSTTHEM" WEBSITE TO BOTH THE BBC WATCHDOG PROGRAMME & RIP OFF BRITAIN & I GIVE FULL PERMISSION FOR THIS.
