Timeshare resale and holiday club scam »18.12.0818/03/20131
In December 2008 I attended a presentation where I was told that Club Class Concierge would take over my unwanted timeshare provided I joined their holiday club for £9000 - the carrot being a Cashback Eurovoucher for £12,000 which would mature 3 years later. I made out a cheque for £9000 payable to Sochalls Client A/c re: Runways Travel plc. It took several months before I received the cashback voucher and around the same time I learnt that Dennis Gilson who is known to me and lives at Costa Natura, Estepone 29680, Spain runs Club Class. He said he would see me alright but told me I may not get the whole amount back. Club Class did not take over the maintenance payments of my timeshare as promised and I found I could book holidays cheaper myself than through their club. When my Cashback Eurovoucher matured in June 2012 I received £2395.28 and consequently I am £6604.72 out of pocket. Although Club Class Concierge's administration office is in Mijas Costa, Spain, I discovered they also use the same address in Gibraltar as Runways Travel and Cashback Eurovoucher despite Dennis Gilson claiming they are not linked. The address is Garrison House, 3 Library Ramp, PO Box 847, Gilbraltar.

My Mother was cold called, told she had won a holiday. I attended a presentation with her, they talked us into purchasing the holiday club where you get 2 free holidays for 4+ people (which I've since discovered involve compulsary timeshare presentation and have not yet received), unlimited use of motorhome at cut price and hassle free accommodation bookings at low prices.

Have spent 3 months trying to book a motorhome for this month (May 2011) only to be told today that there are none as they have all been crashed!!!
In this time they have failed to send any email or written confirmation despite me asking on several occasions. Apparently their server is down.

Also they are no longer based at their registered address of Wigan investment centre. They ran off without paying rent. This is what Wigan investment centre told me.

There are many more details, but I shall keep it brief because I feel both angry and stupid.

NHS HOLIDAY CLUB SCAM »April 26, 201207/03/20130
I paid 149 pounds plus VAT last April to place an advert for an apartment in Spain but have not received a single enquiry and certainly no bookings. I did receive one enquiry shortly afetr I signed up, but it was bogus. After looking though many other adverts on the site, strangely enough nobody else has had any bookings either, as the calendars all show total availability. The company claims to have NHS affiliation but that is not true. Moreover it also seems that hardly anyone visits the site. I am asking for a full refund of the monies paid.
