Unsolicited coins  sent to me from this company and returned to them since af ter my contacting them,but keep getting treatening letters and now they have referred the case to debt colectors who are threatening with court.


I have not been in good health and this is not helping matters either. I do not have catalogues etc as prefer face to face sales. Only bought a few coins as one off s as I would if I saw them in a shop and wanted them.


Contacted trading standards who sent me to consumer direct who sent me back to trading standards who finally told me to pay them as I have bought other goods from them since. the fact that they were unsolicited  and unwanted goods seem irrelevant to these two consummer advising bodies mentioned .


Please tell the world about these people's sales tactics . They  claim to be investors in people, possibly in their money

Bad service from acting manager »27-04-201228/04/20120
The laundry room that I use takes �£1 coins,I have been getting my change from WHSmith union street for the pass 8 months.today I was served a by a teller who happened to be the acting manager as well.she rudely informed me that WHSmith does not give change and have never done so.she said that she finds it very hard to believe that I did get change previously.i informed her that staff should then be trained properly because if this is not a new rule then clearly all her staff are not following rules.she smirked together with her colleague she then threw a bag of pound coins to me and said let this be the last!i went back to the store with my husband to complain about the bad service.her colleague laughed at us, I informed her that I didn't appreciate her attitude to which she replied that she can laugh if she wanted to!! I have never encountered such poor service.it is a bad reflection on WHSmith to have staff who are so flippant and rude.the lady who is currently the acting manager did not bother to apologise! Disgusting customer service from her, she clearly does NOT have the character or personality for the position that she is in
