I have been a registered user of gaming site Jackpot Joy, for 1 year, of that year, approximately 8 months playing. Jackpot Joy actively advertises an 'average 95% payout rate', my query/complaint is, as a player with over 10k+ in losses over 8 months playing (yes should have cut my losses a long time ago..)....the statement 'average 95% payout rate' what does this actually mean and on what findings is this statement based on?? I (obviously wrongly) assumed the statement meant on average expect a 5% loss on any monies staked, however, based on my own account and others I have spken too, I would have to now assume this statement means 'expect on average a 95% loss'. I fully understand my gambling is my own responsibility and they are by no means leagally binding themselves by claiming an 'average' payout rate, I do, and am sure others also do, find this statement extremely misleading tho. I have contacted Jackpot Joy twice now regarding the basis of this statement, have yet to receive a reply. As a company audited in the UK (another statement claim on their site) surely they should be able to back up this statement with relevant facts and figures, rather than openly stating a rather random and misleading fact in order to pull in unsuspecting and rather niave customers. Do they have to (every day/week/month/year) evaluate their payout rate in order to be allowed to actively promote this fact on their site or are statements like this allowed to be aired without any regulation or backup findings? Any advice on whether this is a case of false advertising would be very much appreciated.

Myself and many others have been conned by an internet operator who purported to sell info that predicted future numbers at a roulette site.He is extremely plausible.Once you receive a memory stick which they say has the relevant numbers on you hear nothing more from them.They don't answer phone or email.WE need as many victims to come forward so that official can be taken by trading standards.

username jowright8@yahoo.co.uk and password ashleah Ive been trying to sort this complaint since 9thdec and im still getting no response from you just the same email over and over again when ive gone to ask questions on customer help its says my account has been disabled or incorrect password as you know as ive sent you proof of what happens 3 times since 9th dec SO WHY THE HELL IS IT THAT YOUVE LET ME DEPOIST MONEY OVER THE PAST FEW WEEKS WHEN MY ACCOUNT IS DISABLED I WLL BE GETTING THIS LOOKED INTO AS YOU SHOULDNT OF LET ME MAKE ANY DEPOIST WHAT SO EVER AS MY ACCOUNT ISNT IN FULL WORKING ORDER/DISABLED So I want a refund of what ive deposited since 25th nov as rules and policy gambling act is illegal to accept payments if account is disabled its illegal and you are breaking gambling liecinsing law act which I will be informing aswell I will be happy to accept an refund of 600.00 that’s under half of what you’ve allowed mee to deposited in last month as a good will and gesture as of my account I will it will be getting legal adivce also consumer direct who ever I need to inform and to be honest they will put a automatic stop on the site while being investigated which could mean loss of site due to not playing the site by correct rules and regualtions also not having it in full working order wrongly getting money without having the correct full up and running account yes i did have a withdrawel 3 times but never won no were as near as 75% payout as stated I understand know why the site has been playing rubbish. As your aware a lot of people complain and you always says its customers fault or computer there using well its about time you understand it could be the site with faults as my account has proved it by being disabled so I want a refund as stated into my account or straight into my bank account thanks j wright

I feel that I must warn others about the free lottery called "Loopy Lotto" run by Vivid Medianet Ltd. of London. I played their advertisment-based game for many months eventually winning a prize of £20 in January. Within my profile pages I claimed the prize that was marked as "paid" and awaited the cheque. I waited and waited, eventually contacting them by e-mail to try and find out more. An automatic reply was quickly recieved that proved less than useless and so I tried their "Contact Us" channels. This time my e-mails were simply ignored. I am still waiting for my supposed prize, or even any reply, and have become so disillusioned with this company that I have unsubscribed from their website.



Please be warned that the majority of such sites are merely scams to procure advertising revenue for the owners whilst manipulating numerous well-intentioned players.

As a regualr customer on jackpot joy, a bingo site that i really did like as in cornwall there isnt much to do. i logged on on sat night and they have a pre buy option, i pre bought my tickets which cost £37 and usually let it run and join in the chat. each game costs abou £2 they had a technical fault so only the pre bought people could play so the prize money went from £120 houses to £5 when a few of us complained we were told we shouldnt have pre bought. after about 20 mins the tech team fixed the problem and i won 2 lines and a full house .woooooo that was about £60 but my win didnt register. i was told to phone the HO which i did and was told i would get a responce in 72hrs. then the pre bought tickets we had bought disapeared. i again rang up and was shouted at by the customer care people. to date still no responce or refund or winnings have been paid.

Sky bet offer you £100 if you register free with them. But in the terms & conditions it says you will get a randon offering of £1 £20 or £100 when in fact all they give you is £1 instead of the £100 advertised. I spoke to two advisers there and they both fobbed me off and were totally unhelpful and didn`t give a dam.


People need to be warned of this as i dont want other people to be done like i have been.

I have put know from 17 may £550 from the winning ov 750 as i was waiting for a transaction for 700 but my address didnt get veryfied so i had to wait and send more statemnets with the date on and was veryfied but during the day ov 18th may at 1:55am i was on deal or no deal slots and i had the jackpot and 6.25 i had an offer of 55.60 wen the jackpot was 65k to be offered such low amount after waging 550 pound is just a joke and the way tht did tht is a saying not to come bk on the site i wud like something done about it if u can even if so much bk

On the 7th of april I decided to go on jackpot joy I had self excluded myself a few months before so was under the impression it was over and would tell me if it wasnt by name ect,so I registered a new account in the same name,address ect it let me open a account straight the way no problem,i deposited a total of 4000 pounds then a few days later the account was closed due to multiple accounts being open and in self exclusion,so my point is what was the point in letting me deposit then after close the account so basically my money as been taken for nothing as I wouldnt of been able to withdraw if id of won,im very annoyed they are allowed to do this for one if a person as self excluded there selfs the security on the site should be strong enough to detect if a player as already got a account if using same name ,address and secondly if a person is able to open a account with no checks and spends money u should surely be entitled to a refund as the money you gambled was for nothing as they close it like it never was opened.jackpotjoy are conning people out of there money and need to be stopped!

Hi on saturday 05 may 2012, I thought i have a go on jackpotjoy, I have been with these for a while, I also have mecca and gala, but enjoyed the chat on jpj. Today i deposited £30 and started playing a game called peggle, I won some money and withdrawed left me a bit to play some more, then won again so again withdrawed this time, I need to show id so emailed the id to them. carried on playing. But now i lost so i thought i deposit a tenner but it wouldnt let me, as I had a withdrawal pending. So I cancelled the withdrawal (rules need changing here) too easy to cancel withdrawal. But I lost and from then on kept losing and losing. Ok I know you sometimes have to lose, but I lose 10k (mainly from the winnings earlier that day) that day and according (im a mum to 4 kids I dont have 10k I dont even have 1k) to jpj it should be around 95% payout rate across the site. Now I dont think that is right. I have become very depressed I have emailed them and they have said nothing except well tough its my fault. I just feel like i let me family down. I honestly think there is something funny about this company, i cant be the only one. Can anything be done about this please Thank you Lisa

having busted my knee and feeling sorry for myself I WAS dragged into the jackpot joy rollercoaster ...phone calls most weeks promising me nights away and big bonus winnings all it was was wanting me to gamble more and more of my cash ..I ended up losing 60000 in one month trying to win money back that I had lost as the thought of 90% of wining i would have to get some of it back ..NO they got me hooked and now i am struggling to cope ...yes i should of not gambled but when they were calling me and telling me if i gambled so much i could get a bonus and i could be vip guest at big sport events i fell hook line and sinker ..when i look back now it was all to get someone who was gambling a bit to spend more. I still do not believe it is fair and dont expect any money back .but being promised things that were never offered to me feel i have to complain and warn other people who may be made to feel special by this company when all they want is your money

First of all, I have been a quicksilver customer for over 10 years. I have seen many staff members come and go in the turnpike lane and wood green high Road branch.
This Danielle or daniellea as she calls herself is the most disrespectful member of staff that quicksilver has ever employed. She has little understanding of English speaks poor English yet so rude to customers.. I couldn't take it anymore so I asked to be banned from that shop. On average I would spend £700 per week in that one branch.
Daniellea is always on her phone. she has two blind spots that she has chosen for this. It makes me feel uncomfortable for all I know she is setting up a hit on me or the shop also feel neglected as her phone seems to be more important than helping quicksilver customers.

She regularly smokes in the staff office
Customers can see this as she sometimes would leave the door open
Its not only unprofessional but it's also illegal to smoke in the building
Seems like the standard of service is slipping at quiksilver

Another problem is the match play
They make you feel so shallow when you ask
On more than one occasion I have experienced and witnessed daniellea and the other slim tall foreign lady... Get members to sign for match play then make an excuse as to why they could not have it

I suspect they are pocketing this money


Machine reservation: you are meant to be given 30 minutes too many times I have seen daniellea remove the sign after 5-10 minutes
It's not fair
It's not right
And it causes Unessesary arguments in the shop

Even though I filled in an application to quit receiving text from that particular quicksilver daniellea has failed to put this in place

Earlier today I was standing at the counter in the turnpike lane office when she walked in claiming I was banned and she will email my details to the turnpike lane store
It was obvious she is upset that I no longer visit 117 high Road n226bb to play

Her actions caused me to feel embarrassed
She then mutterd something to the staff member in turnpike lane and walked out while they were asking her to clarify
Unprofessional and childish to say the least

The staff in turnpike lane asked me to leave until they could clarify what daniellea was saying

As a result I will no longer use any branches of quicksilver in the UK and abroad if any even exist

I've had enough of the disrespect and bad customer service
I will now stick to cashino which is only a few doors away
One thing is certain..win lose or draw
Customer service remains the first priority
